Specialist Training
We can provide specialist workplace training called 'Cocoon and Evolve, at work', a highly specialist training package delivered by sensory practitioners with experience of working with neuro divergent populations. There really is A LOT we can do which will benefit the health, wellbeing and productivity for the WHOLE team!!
Individualised Assessments
We can assess employees using highly specialist assessment of needs, write an in depth report and provide suitable reasonable adjustments and recommendations to enable your staff to fulfill their work needs to a high standard and for them to be heard and understood.
These needs may be of a sensory or physical nature. We can make recommendations for both.
Environmental Enrichment Assessment
Occupational Therapists are highly trained to assess the working environment and make recommendations to create a calm and productive office space which will enhance employee wellbeing and productivity.

As Butterflies evolve we want your team to come out of our training cocoon so that everyone has a clear idea around neuro divergence in the work place and how best to support a peaceful and productive workplace. This will enhance team working, work satisfaction and a healthy work /life balance which will reduce staff turnover and excess costs!

Structure of the programme
The training is flexible in meet the needs of your business. We can complete a 1/2 day to full day, and more.
There will be provision of lots of resources and hands on with equipment.
We can bespoke your training by adding on extra sessions as required.
