We are a friendly and reliable local holistic occupational therapy service offering a bespoke and personalised approach within and around Leeds. We are non-judgemental, flexible and transparent.

If you do not want to wait for NHS assessment / intervention we are able to provide a considerably faster and personalised service to meet your child or your needs.
Consent to Treatment
During the initial assessment we will require written consent to be completed. You can withdraw consent at any time. To do so you will need to inform us in writing.
Consent to how we use your personnel data
During the initial assessment you will be asked to provide your consent preferences linked to how we can use your personal data. If you wish to change these at any time please inform us in writing.
Cancellation must be given at least with 24 hour’s notice for any appointments. If you fail to attend or give less than 24 hour’s notice we withhold a right to charge the full amount of the appointment cost.
Services required and cost of services will be agreed between Butterflies holistic occupational therapy and families prior to being completed.
Costs are based on the time the therapist has with the child / adult / time taken to complete work.
Sensory Assessments – A deposit of £100 is required prior to the first visit and will confirm the assessment in advance.
Initial assessments – A deposit of £50 is required prior to the first visit and will confirm the assessment in advance.
We are able to provide you with an invoice and payment is to be received within 5 days of receiving the electronic invoice. We accept cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer.
