Jenny has recently completed her 200 hours Vinyasa Yoga Training.
This will include both 1:1, and group mindfulness sessions for workplaces and individuals.

Yoga has been a calming place for me for a while now, it has mainly taught me how to regulate my central nervous system. It has also aided me to further develop kindness and compassion to myself, and to others.

All equipment is provided for free and there is no need to bring your own (Unless you want to).
Equipment we use: Yoga mats, bricks, blanket, and bolsters.
Wear something comfortable that allows movement, comfy socks are always nice for shavasana (relaxation at the end of the session).
All our classes are open level (so from beginnner to advanced). We will be going through basic alignment principles, and breathing techniques each session.
Car parking is free and outside the Devonshire House building.
We are behind the Max Spielmann shop on Street Lane.
We are fully insured and you will be asked to sign a waiver form prior to attending. Ultimately you know your body best and if you feel Yoga is for you it is your responsibility to practice at your level. Adaptations are provided throughout the sessions. If you are unsure we can always provide a 1:1 session or recommend a physiotherapist to get you where you need to be, and then ready for us!
