Welcome to Butterflies: Wellness and Wellbeing

We  are now providing Unfrazzle and RESET the last Friday of the month at 18.30 for 1 hour.

£12 per session (Including equipment).

Yoga has been a calming place for me for a while now, it has mainly taught me how to regulate my central nervous system. It has also aided me to further develop kindness and compassion to myself, and to others.


I offer a safe and calm space to deliver: 

-Development of breathing techniques to help you away from the studio, 

-Vinyasa flow to

-Basic philosophy to further ground you in your everyday life.

-Developing and building your Asana practice (Vinyasa Yoga flow to unwind and relax the central nervous system)

-Grounding and relaxing mindfulness and meditation to develop kindness and com

Perfect for: Beginners (we will be developing breathwork and Vinyasa Yoga flow skills), those who want a monthly scheduled in 'reset', and those wanting a calm, peaceful alternative to a Friday night setting yourself up for the weekend!

Some information on coming to sessions

This is the system until l set up a booking page.


Are you ready to Unfrazzle and RESET?


If the answer is 'YES' you need to:

1) Email hello@butterfliesot.com telling me when you are wanting to come.

2) I will email you back letting you know there is space, and send a health questionnaire to complete (this is needed only for the first session and must be completed prior to the session. If you don't you won't be able to attend, and will have to come to the next one). I will also send you the bank details to pay. 

3) Once you have completed and returned the health questionniare and paid you are IN.

4) Come to the session and give yourself a pat on the back for making time for YOU, 

Some information about our studio

All equipment is provided for free and there is no need to bring your own (Unless you want to). 

Equipment we have use: Yoga mats, bricks, and bolsters.


Wear something comfortable that allows movement, comfy socks are always nice for shavasana (relaxation at the end of the session).


You will need to bring: A blanket.


All our classes are open level (so from beginnner to advanced). We will be going through basic alignment principles, and breathing techniques each session.


Car parking is free and outside the Devonshire House building.

We are behind the Max Spielmann shop on Street Lane.

Insurance Coverage

We are fully insured and you will be asked to sign a waiver form prior to attending. Ultimately you know your body best and if you feel Yoga is for you it is your responsibility to practice at your level. Adaptations are provided throughout the sessions.  If you are unsure we can always provide a 1:1 session or recommend a physiotherapist to get you where you need to be, and then ready for us!
