We are very close to expanding our offerings, to ADULTS.
Jenny has recently completed her 200 hours Vinyasa Yoga Training.
This will include both 1:1 and group mindfulness sessions for workplaces and individuals.

Yoga has been a calming place for me for a while now, it has mainly taught me how to regulate my central nervous system. It has also aided me to further develop kindness and compassion to myself, and to others.
I offer a safe and calm space to deliver:
-Development of breathing techniques to help you away from the studio,
-Vinyasa flow to

-Introduction to breathwork to incorporate into every day life.
-Journaling activity.
-Asana (Vinyasa Yoga flow to unwind and relax the central nervous system.
-Grounding and relaxing mindfulness and meditation to develop kindness and compassion to self
