We are super excited to be in a great position to start working more and more with adults and meeting their needs to ensure positive health and well-being for themselves and those around them.
Yoga is an ancient practice which combines movement, internal focus and breathing techniques to connect more deeply with ourselves in this moment.
Yoga doesn’t require super flexibility or zen like focus, but it can help in finding a little more flexibility or calm amidst the demands of daily life.
Emmalene teaches yoga from a mind- body connection perspective, gently inviting you to notice what’s going on inside as we move through mediation, breath and movement sequences. This enables deeper knowledge of your physical, energetic and emotional self as well as providing an inclusive way for every body to approach the poses and techniques.
Mindfulness engagement can be a life changing experience as you increase your well-being, sense of self, self-love and care and love and compassion for others.
